Cinthya Torres is an Assistant Professor of Spanish at the University of South Alabama, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literature. Her research focuses on 20th and 21st-century Amazonian literatures and cultures from Brazil and Peru.
