Cindy O'Donnell-Allen is a Full Professor and William E. Morgan Endowed Chair in the Department of English at Colorado State University. She directs the CSU Writing Project and the English Education program. Her research focuses on leveraging critical multiliteracies for social justice, identity development, and meaningful learning experiences.
Education: Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership & Academic Curriculum (emphasis on English Education) from the University of Oklahoma. Also holds an M.S. and B.S. in related fields from the same institution.
Teaching Responsibilities include courses like Writing in the Disciplines (CO301D), English Language for Teachers (E322), and Teaching Reading (E401). These courses emphasize literacy pedagogy, language structures, and critical reading frameworks.
