Cilje Sunde Rolfsjord is a Researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Oslo, affiliated with Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital's Nic Waals Institute (NWI) and the Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (R-BUP). As Head of Research at NWI, she leads the TellMe More project, a client feedback system initiative funded by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority as a 50% position over six years. Her work focuses on integrating real-time patient feedback into mental health care for children and adolescents through digital tools.
Educated at the University of Oslo (clinical psychology degree, 2003), she holds specialist certification in child and adolescent clinical psychology. Her research interests span mentalization-based therapy, client feedback systems, and outcome measurement in youth mental health. She collaborates with internationally recognized institutions like Columbia University and Oslo University Hospital, contributing to studies such as the Autism Birth Cohort and NorFlu projects.
Her research team includes prominent figures like Anne-Siri Øyen, Hanne Sofie Dahl, and John Kjøbli, focusing on evidence-based practices and implementation science. Publications highlight innovations in adolescent therapy, feedback systems, and mental health policy. She chairs the 'Ruth Fuglerud og Grete Hoffs legat' trust fund for mental health education, reflecting her commitment to advancing clinical practice through research.
