Chunmei Liu

Dr. Chunmei Liu is Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Howard University's College of Engineering and Architecture. Her research spans artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and networked systems, with recent focus on blockchain-enhanced fraud detection (2024), federated learning privacy (2021-2024), and THz-enabled UAV communications (2022-2023).
