Christopher Rozek

Christopher Rozek is an Assistant Professor of Education and Director of Graduate Studies at Washington University in St. Louis. His research focuses on student emotions, academic success, and well-being, emphasizing how interpersonal relationships, identities, and belonging influence educational outcomes. He employs experimental interventions and longitudinal studies to address equity gaps between advantaged and disadvantaged students.

Rozek holds a Ph.D. in Social and Personality Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by postdoctoral positions at the University of Chicago and Stanford University.
