Dr. Christopher McMahon serves as Professor of Theology at St. Vincent College. He teaches a wide range of theology courses including Christology, Ecclesiology, and Biblical Studies, and actively contributes to the University's CORE curriculum. Beyond academics, he is an avid supporter of Bearcat Athletics.

Research Interests: Dr. McMahon focuses on the intersection of Christology and ecclesiology, particularly the mediation of redemption throughout history. He also explores the intersection of film and theological reflection, applying cinematic narratives to doctrinal understanding.
Publications: His work includes monographs like Understanding Jesus (2013) and Called Together (2010), as well as peer-reviewed articles in journals like Horizons and Revue Biblique. His writing frequently engages contemporary exegetical methods while maintaining fidelity to traditional theological frameworks.
Teaching & Service: Teaches courses such as Synoptic Gospels, Vatican II History, and Christian Doctrine of God. Active in theological education and campus life at St. Vincent College.
