Christopher Glomski

Christopher Glomski is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. His research interests span contemporary poetics, the history of English and American poetry, visual arts, popular music, and Italian literature. He has authored three full-length poetry collections, including his most recent works Lit Up (2017) and The Nineteenth Century and Other Poems (2011).

Glomski's academic affiliation includes the Department of English at UIC, where he contributes to undergraduate and graduate education in literary studies. His creative and scholarly work bridges historical and contemporary poetic traditions, engaging with interdisciplinary themes across art forms.
