معرفی
Christophe Demazière is a Professor at Chalmers University of Technology, leading the DREAM task force focused on deterministic reactor modelling. His work integrates neutron transport, fluid dynamics, and numerical methods to advance nuclear reactor simulation tools and safety. He teaches courses on nuclear reactor physics, emphasizing multi-physical and multi-scale system analysis. Active in pedagogical innovation, he co-leads the GRE@ T-PIONEeR project promoting hybrid/flipped learning methods in nuclear education.
Research interests span reactor noise analysis for core diagnostics, machine learning applications in nuclear data analysis, and cross-disciplinary collaboration via projects like CORTEX and McSAFER. Member of the American Nuclear Society, he publishes extensively on topics including neutron noise simulations, educational technology, and advanced reactor verification schemes.
Notable contributions include development of the CORE SIM+ solver for neutron noise simulations and validation studies using zero-power reactors like AKR-2. His work bridges academic research with industrial needs through partnerships focused on workforce development and knowledge management in the nuclear sector.
