Christophe Besson

Christophe Besson is a Full Professor at HES (Haute École Spécialisée) and Head of the Electrical Systems thematic skills group at the School of Engineering and Management of the Canton of Vaud (HEIG-VD), part of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO). His office is located at Route de Cheseaux 1, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, where he conducts research within the Energy Institute (IE).

Professor Besson's research focuses on electric drives, electromechanical conversion, motorization, electrical machines, and electromagnetic simulations.
