Prof. Christoph Wunder is a Professor of Econometrics at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Business at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg since 2015. He holds a habilitation in economics and econometrics (2014) and previously served as research fellow at the Labor and Socio-Economic Research Center (LASER), Nuremberg. His research focuses on empirical microeconomics, subjective well-being, welfare policy, and labor economics. Key contributions include studies on plant closures' socio-economic impacts, work-hour regulations, and immigration welfare dynamics.
