Dr. Christoph Tondera is a Group Leader at the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden since 2021 and a Visiting Scientist at the University of Sheffield (2020-2021). He earned his PhD in Natural Sciences (summa cum laude) from Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (2007-2012) and holds a Diploma in Biochemistry from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.

- Development of polymer-based biomaterials for medical applications
