Christoph Rosol

Dr. Christoph Rosol serves as an Affiliated Scientist at the Department of Structural Change in the Technosphere, Max Planck Institute for Geoanthropology (MPIGEA) in Jena, Germany. Previously, he held research positions at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science (MPIWG) in Berlin and Haus der Kulturen der Welt, where he acted as a liaison between institutions to co-develop transdisciplinary initiatives.

Rosol's research integrates geoanthropology, history of science and technology, and Earth system science to examine epistemic foundations of disciplines like paleoclimate modeling and marine geology.
