Christoph Burger is a Senior Lecturer in Developmental and Educational Psychology at University of Vienna. His research examines bullying victimization, self-esteem, and adolescent development, with recent work exploring emotion regulation strategies in perfectionists and teacher interventions for bullying. Recognized with multiple awards including the 2022 Impact.Award and 2013 Science Awards for internet research.
Current projects investigate humor styles in bullying contexts and peer-mentoring programs. He contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals through research on inclusive education and psychological well-being.
