Christine Manno

Christine Manno serves as a Lecturer in the Management Department at the Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas, where she is concurrently completing her Ph.D. in Management.

Her research examines diversity and inclusion through identity theory, with specialized focus on workplace experiences of people with disabilities and sexual minorities. This work intersects organizational behavior, human resources practices, and social identity frameworks to analyze how institutional structures affect marginalized groups. Her teaching directly applies these concepts to foundational management education.
