Christine Lennon

Christine Lennon, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, and serves as an Assistant Attending Anesthesiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Her clinical and research expertise spans anesthesiology, critical care medicine, transfusion medicine, and medical ethics.

• Education: M.D. from New Jersey Medical School (2006), B.A. from Dartmouth College (2002).

Dr. Lennon's research focuses on transfusion safety, organ transplantation ethics, and hematologic oncology. She has contributed to studies on pathogen-reduced blood products and anticoagulant management in liver transplantation. Her most recent 2025 work highlights clinical preferences for pathogen-reduced cryoprecipitate in transfusion practices.
