Christine Doe

Dr. Christine Doe is an Associate Professor at Mount Saint Vincent University, jointly appointed in the Faculty of Education and the Department of Child and Youth Study. Her research investigates language learning needs across educational and workplace contexts, with particular emphasis on newcomer populations and refugee youth. Dr. Doe's work examines critical intersections between learning, teaching, and assessment practices.

Her scholarly publications demonstrate consistent focus on language socialization challenges, workplace communication barriers, and diagnostic assessment design. Recent collaborative work explores English for Academic Purposes (EAP) experiences at Canadian universities and communication obstacles facing entry-level immigrants.
