Christine Brombach

Christine Brombach is a Professor at the School of Life Sciences and Facility Management of Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Her work focuses on nutrition, food science, and geriatric nutrition, with a strong emphasis on sustainable diets, consumer behavior, and food sensorics. She leads and participates in interdisciplinary projects addressing dietary assessment tools, sustainable food systems, and the intersection of nutrition with aging and climate change.
