Associate Professor Christine Barry is a faculty member at Flinders University's College of Medicine and Public Health, where she has worked since 2011. She leads the Musculoskeletal Neurobiology Laboratory, researching sensory nerve function in muscles, fascia, and reproductive organs, with a focus on neuro-immune pain mechanisms. She holds key administrative roles including Co-convenor of the Teaching Specialist Community of Practice and Chair of the Student Wellbeing Working Group.

Teaching: Coordinates multiple medical courses including Human Musculoskeletal Anatomy (MMED3941), Body Systems (MMED3932), and Medicine 2A/2B. Pioneers educational innovations in self-regulated learning and professionalism development for medical students.
