معرفی
Dr. Christina Wiethof is an alumna (Research Associate, until 2022) at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences. She is affiliated with the department of Informatics, Information Systems, and Socio-Technical Systems Design (WISTS). Her research focuses on hybrid intelligence systems, human-AI collaboration in customer service, and gamification strategies to enhance training and motivation. She has contributed to frameworks addressing cognitive load theory, adaptive interaction design, and collaborative writing processes.
Her work emphasizes the synergy between humans and AI, particularly in service-oriented systems. She explored topics such as employee-facing conversational agents, taxonomy-driven AI integration, and continuous mutual augmentation of human and machine capabilities. Her studies often combine empirical evaluations with design science approaches.
Wiethof’s publications span from 2020 to 2024 and address themes like collaborative learning in hybrid systems, gamification mechanics, and systematic literature reviews on human-AI synergy. She was part of the WISTS research group, which investigates socio-technical systems in digital-age contexts.
