Dr. Christina Wiethof is an alumna (Research Associate, until 2022) at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences. She is affiliated with the department of Informatics, Information Systems, and Socio-Technical Systems Design (WISTS). Her research focuses on hybrid intelligence systems, human-AI collaboration in customer service, and gamification strategies to enhance training and motivation.
