معرفی
Christina Thunberg is a Research Fellow at the Department of Psychology, University of Oslo. Her work focuses on cognitive and neural mechanisms of adaptive behavior, particularly action stopping using EEG/EMG methods. She is affiliated with the MICC lab (Multimodal imaging & cognitive control). Her research examines inhibitory control in healthy populations and clinical conditions like Klinefelter syndrome.
Key research themes include:
- Neural substrates of response inhibition
- Temporal dynamics of cognitive control
- Electrophysiological markers of action stopping
- Psychophysiological reliability of inhibition measures
Recent work highlights methodological advancements in EEG/EMG synchronization and challenges in interpreting traditional inhibitory control metrics. She collaborates extensively with MICC Lab colleagues on multimodal assessment projects.
No academic awards listed. Active in research projects including ConsciousBrainConcepts, Mind the Sleep, and Multimodal assessment of inhibitory control.
