Christina Hymer is an Assistant Professor in the Management & Entrepreneurship department at the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Her research focuses on professional identity, work arrangements, and how workers navigate challenges to their identity while finding meaning at work. Her recent publications explore topics like intersectionality in the workplace, religion’s role in entrepreneurial investing, and multidimensionality in research methodologies. These studies reflect her interdisciplinary approach to organizational behavior and management theory.
