Dr. Christian Winklhöfer is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for History Didactics at the University of Münster. He holds a PhD in Modern/Contemporary History and Education from the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Münster. His research focuses on historical judgment formation in education, museum-based historical learning, and the role of digital media in history teaching. He has led projects on interdisciplinary teaching, historical media literacy, and visitor perceptions of historical exhibitions, collaborating with institutions like the Deutsches Panzermuseum. His publications include monographs and journal articles addressing historical didactics, museum pedagogy, and digital media in education.
