Christi Emerson

Dr. Christi Emerson serves as the Interim Dean of the Scott & White School of Nursing at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) and holds the rank of Full Professor. She has extensive clinical experience in maternal care, including roles in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, High Risk Obstetrics, and OB/Gyn Clinic. Her academic career includes positions as lab coordinator, clinical faculty, and Student Success Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (1992), Master of Science in Nursing Administration (2005), and Doctor of Education (2016).
