Chris Lambert serves as a Lecturer in the School of Engineering at Lancaster University, specializing in experiential learning and university-industry collaboration. His role encompasses Director of Engagement, Industry Advisory Board coordinator, and Academic Employability Champion for Engineering. With 22 years of prior experience in knowledge exchange and SME product development, he bridges academic theory with industrial practice.
His research focuses on university-industry collaboration and engineering education, particularly examining how engineering graduates drive innovation in SMEs. This work aligns with his part-time PhD studies in Educational Research under Prof Paul Ashwin.
