Dr. Chloe Yale Pinto is an Assistant Professor in English at Northeastern University London. She holds a BA in English (First Class Honours) from New College of the Humanities, where she graduated as Valedictorian and received the University of London Sir Charles Harris Prize. She earned an MSt in Literature (1900-Present) from the University of Oxford with Distinction and completed her AHRC-funded PhD in English (Criticism and Culture) at the University of Cambridge.
Her research examines the relationship between artwork and antisemitism, focusing on Ezra Pound's work. Current projects investigate textual antisemitism's interplay with literary theory, exploring how prejudice influences linguistic meaning. Research interests span visual culture, Holocaust studies, modernism, Jewish literature, film theory, and psychoanalysis.
Dr. Pinto's publications reflect expertise in modernist poetry analysis, particularly Pound's Cantos. Her forthcoming monograph develops her doctoral thesis on antisemitism in literary art.
