Dr. Chithra Latha Ramalingam is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia, specializing in Law, Ethics, and Governance. She holds a PhD from the University of Malaya and an LLM from Staffordshire University, UK. Her expertise includes AI ethics, corporate governance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption frameworks, and ESG integration. She advocates for 'Human Governance,' blending sustainability with ethical learning, and serves as a Certified Integrity Officer (MACC-CEIO).
Dr. Latha has held academic leadership roles at MAHSA University (Deputy Dean of Faculty of Finance, Business Economics & Accounting; Executive Director of Haniffa Business School) and adjunct positions at the University of Malaya’s Faculty of Law. She advises the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and contributed to the MACC-CEIO program.
Her research focuses on legal compliance, corporate accountability, and ethical leadership. Collaborations include work with Osel Group Penang on ESG initiatives aligned with UN SDGs. She prioritizes interdisciplinary research and impactful academic contributions through Monash’s global network.
Dr. Latha’s education includes an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton and certifications in International Business Law and Advanced Company Law.
