Chirayu Jashvant Shah

Chirayu Jashvant Shah is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. He holds additional roles as Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and Medical Director of Inpatient Clinical Informatics at Harris Health System.

• Education: MD (2005) and Internal Medicine Residency/Internship (2006-2008) at Baylor College of Medicine; MEd (2014) at University of Houston
• Certification: Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine

Dr. Shah's research focuses on Medical Education, Hospital Medicine, and Clinical Informatics, with particular emphasis on educational technology integration, curriculum design, and patient handoff optimization. His work includes award-winning studies on resident training programs and clinical communication systems.
