Chingwen Cheng is a Professor of Landscape Architecture and Director of the Stuckeman School at Pennsylvania State University. She specializes in climate justice design, nature-based solutions, and urban resilience. Her work integrates social vulnerability analysis, hydrological modeling, and participatory engagement to address climate challenges. Cheng leads the Hydro-GI Lab and has secured over $500,000 in grants from NSF and Wells Fargo Foundation. She is a Thematic Area Lead for Equitable Communities and the Built Environment.
