Chiara Loschi

Chiara Loschi is a Tenure Track Researcher in Sociology of Cultural and Communication Processes at the Department of Philosophy, University of Bologna. Her research focuses on digital infrastructures, EU border policies, migration governance, and authoritarian dynamics in North Africa. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Turin (2016) and has conducted postdoctoral research at institutions including the University of Vienna, CNRS Tunisia, and Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies. Her work bridges Science and Technology Studies (STS) with ethnographic methods to analyze governance, technological systems, and transnational organizations.
