Chiara Holzhäuser

Chiara Holzhäuser is a Research Scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (IPN) and a Research Fellow at the Kiel Science Communication Network (KielSCN). Her work focuses on science communication and gender-appropriate language in education. She serves as a scholarship advisor at the Leibniz School of Education, contributing to teacher training and educational research.

• Education: Master of Education in German and Chemistry (Leibniz University Hanover, 2024), Bachelor of Arts in German and Chemistry (Leibniz University Hanover, 2020).

Her research spans gender-sensitive communication strategies, educational methodology, and chemistry pedagogy. She has combined academic research with practical teaching roles, including teaching German, Politics/Economics, and Chemistry at secondary schools.
