Chiara Boldrini is a Researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), actively contributing to the Humane AI Network project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research program (Grant Agreement No 952026). Her work embodies the European approach to artificial intelligence, emphasizing human welfare, societal improvement, and ethical safeguards over commercial exploitation or surveillance objectives.
Her research focuses on critical gaps in AI development, particularly the scarcity of accessible data for academic study due to corporate ownership of social media datasets.
