Dr. Chia-Yuan Lin is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Huddersfield, affiliated with the Department of Social and Psychological Sciences under the School of Human and Health Sciences. They are also a member of the Centre for Cognition and Neuroscience.
- Research interests: Mathematical cognition, Audiovisual integration, Rhythm perception, Sensorimotor synchronization, EEG & ERP

Recent research spans 2024 studies on speech rhythm predictability, cross-linguistic P-center models, and pandemic behavioral analysis, followed by 2023 work on English speech synchronization and 2021 linguistic rhythm studies. Publications reflect interdisciplinary applications of EEG/ERP and acoustic analysis.
