Cheryl Yancey

Cheryl Yancey is a Professor of Theatre and Costume Design at Shenandoah University, where she has taught since 1995. She coordinates costume design curricula and has designed over 31 seasons for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre.

Research Interests: Her work focuses on period-accurate theatrical costuming and large-scale musical productions, with award-winning designs for shows including Grease!, Cinderella, and Monty Python’s Spamalot.
