Cheng Xing

Professor Cheng Xing is a distinguished faculty member at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering within the College of Engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). Since 2013, he has served as a Professor and previously held a Director position at the Analytical Testing Center until 2020, after which he became the Director of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department. His academic journey includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan (2005), an MS in Geochemistry from Stanford University (1999), and a BS in Geochemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China (1997)
