Chen Ho

Professor Chen Ho is a Chair Professor at the University of Hong Kong (HKU), holding dual affiliations with the Musketeers Foundation Institute of Data Science and the Department of Computer Science within the School of Computing and Data Science. He directs the JC STEM Lab of Intelligent Cybersecurity and serves as a Fellow of the IEEE. His research focuses on advancing cybersecurity through machine learning, program analysis, and testing methodologies.

Chen earned his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley. His work has produced influential tools like Angora and HOPPER, which address software vulnerability detection and adaptive security frameworks.
