Chelsey N. Andries

Chelsey N. Andries serves as Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Programs and Lecturer at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing. Her roles include academic leadership and teaching in undergraduate nursing programs. She holds a DNP in Nursing (2018), MSN in Nursing (2015), and BSN in Nursing (2010) from UMMC, alongside an Associate of Arts in Pre-Nursing from Hinds Community College (2008).

Her expertise spans pediatric nursing, clinical education, and health assessment. She has certifications in Pediatric Nursing, PALS/BLS instruction, and telemedicine-related roles. Teaching focuses include courses like Child-Adolescent Nursing, Clinical Nursing Elective, and Nursing Synthesis Practicum.

Awarded the Circle of Excellence (2011), she actively contributes to professional committees such as Undergraduate Admissions and the UMMC SON Hospitality Committee. Her service includes roles in nursing licensure and telemedicine advocacy through organizations like the American Telemedicine Association.
