Chelsea Threadgill

Chelsea Threadgill serves as an Assistant Professor and Core faculty member in the Counseling program within the Department of Psychology at Northeastern State University's Broken Arrow campus. Her office is located in the Education Building (Room 247), and she holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Oklahoma and a National Certified Counselor.

Her educational background includes:

• PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision from Walden University (2023)
• MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University (2016)
• BA in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma (2013)

Dr. Threadgill's research focuses on Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and professional Supervision practices within mental health frameworks. As a core faculty member in NSU's CACREP-accredited Counseling program, she contributes to curriculum development and clinical training standards. Her work emphasizes practical applications of counseling theory through the lens of accreditation requirements and licensure supervision.
