Charlie Price is a Teaching Fellow in International Relations and Security at the University of Warwick's School of Politics and International Studies (PAIS). He holds a PhD (2023, ESRC-funded), MA in Research Methods (2019), MA in International Security, and BA in Politics and International Studies, all from Warwick. Previously served as Communications Officer for the British International Studies Association Postgraduate Network (2020/21).

Research Interests: Focuses on identity constructions, border conceptions, far-right extremism, ontological security, biopolitics, nationalism, and online humor. Engages with the Border Narratives project to explore spatial politics and resistance mechanisms.
Teaching: Currently teaches PO231 (International Security) and PO381 (Critical Security Studies). Previously taught PO102 (Political Research), PO219 (Theories of International Relations), and served as Module Director for MA module PO966 (Concepts and Theories in International Security).
Research Trends: Articles emphasize critical border studies, securitization theory, and the intersection of humor with political resistance. Recent work analyzes the UK's pandemic response through biopolitical frameworks and explores far-right ideological structures.
Collaborations: Co-authored pandemic securitization paper with N. Gellwitzki. Active in interdisciplinary projects linking geopolitics with critical theory.
