Charlie Kuo Wei Lan

Charlie Kuo Wei Lan, D.O., FCCP serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and Associate Chief of the Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine service at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

His education includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from University of North Texas Health Science Center (1997), Internal Medicine training at St. Vincent Hospital (1998-2000), and dual fellowships in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine (2005).

Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Lan focuses clinically on Critical Care Medicine and Lung Transplantation. His professional activities include membership in the American Thoracic Society and American College of Chest Physicians.
