Charles Perrings is a tenured Professor in the School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University, where he co-directs the ecoSERVICES Group. His research focuses on the intersection of ecological and economic systems, particularly the impacts of biodiversity change on human wellbeing, globalization's role in disease dispersal, and science-policy integration in environmental decision-making.
