Charles Howell

Dr. Charles Howell serves as Dean at Youngstown State University (YSU), leading its online academic programs. He holds a Ph.D. from Syracuse University (2000), an M.F.A. from the University of Iowa (1985), and a B.S.Ed. from Georgia State University (1973). His career spans leadership roles including school principal, department chair, and program coordinator.
