Charles Dunlap

Charles Dunlap serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University's Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, teaching SPEA 412 while concurrently holding the full-time executive director position at the Indiana Bar Foundation.
