Charlene Bermele is the Dean of the Department of Nursing within the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Saint Xavier University (SXU). She joined SXU in 2005 and has held key roles including Director of the Nursing Lab, full-time faculty member (2013–2018), and Director of Online Nursing Programs before assuming her current leadership position.
