Chao Fei-peng

Chao Fei-peng is a Professor at National Taiwan University and Petra Kappert Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Manuscript Cultures. Research focuses on Tamil intellectual traditions and manuscript cultures of South Asia.

Specializes in networks of scholarly exchange and the material history of Tamil knowledge systems. Current projects examine the transmission pathways of Tamil learned traditions through comparative manuscript analysis.
