Dr. Chang Pao Li is a full-time Associate Professor of Economics at the School of Economics, Singapore Management University (SMU), where she also serves as Associate Dean (Research and Industry Engagement) and sits on the University Tribunal. Her academic journey began with a B.A. in Business Administration from National Taiwan University (1994), followed by an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan (1997, 2002).
