Chang Lou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Virginia. His research focuses on distributed systems, operating systems, and cloud computing, emphasizing runtime assurance and failure detection. He leads LiftLab, a reading group exploring cutting-edge system research.
