Chandra Rana

Chandra Rana serves as Senior Language Instructor and Excursion Coordinator at SIT Study Abroad, Nepal. His primary roles include coordinating student visas and organizing educational excursions in Nepal's Terai and mountain regions. He holds a BA in Anthropology from Tribhuvan University and has extensive experience in language education through the Peace Corps and other programs.

His work focuses on Nepal's historical, political, and cultural dynamics, particularly in the context of development, gender, and social change within the Himalayan region. With a career spanning over two decades at SIT since 1997, Chandra plays a critical role in facilitating immersive academic experiences for international students through language instruction and field-based learning.
