Chandra Radhakrishnan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurship at Monash Business School, Monash University, where she joined in February 2024. She teaches in the Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) program and is developing new units in Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship. Her work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in education, gender equality, and sustainable economic growth.

Her work spans conceptual frameworks, policy recommendations, and empirical tool development, with a growing focus on global and systemic challenges in business and society.
