Chan Wenjie

Chan Wenjie is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Accountancy, Singapore Management University (SMU), and an international and business tax partner at Deloitte Singapore. He specializes in cross-border tax issues (e.g., BEPS Pillar Two, MLI, treaties), M&A transactions, restructuring, and tax audits. He holds a Master of Law (International Tax) from King’s College London (Distinction) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy and Business from SMU (Summa cum Laude). He is a Singapore Chartered Accountant, holds the ADIT designation, and has completed the Tax Academy of Singapore’s Advanced Tax Programme (ATP Level III).
