Cem Sefa Sütcü is a Professor at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Communication, Marmara University. He has held academic positions since 1995, including Associate Professor in Communication Sciences (2006) and Professor in Informatics (2013). His institutional affiliations include the Informatics Association of Turkey, where he has held leadership roles in the Istanbul Branch.
